Worship and Creative Arts Pastor

Dave graduated from Central Bible College with a B.A. In Music.  It was there that he met his wife, Kris.  They have three daughters:  Jenna, Alexa, and Emma.  Later Dave completed his Master’s Degree in Worship and his Doctorate in Theology with an emphasis in Leadership.

If you could have any super power, what would it be?  To fly effortlessly like Superman.  And to be indestructible like Colossus. And to be like the Human Torch, shooting laser-like flames from my hands.  And to use the force like a Jedi.  And the Kung Fu moves of Bruce Lee.  Not that I’ve ever given it any thought.

Favorite TV show?  24, The Unit, American Idol, So You Think You Can Dance, Heroes, Grey’s Anatomy, Battlestar Galactica, Top Chef, and most reality TV shows.

What do you do when you’re not working?  Play Xbox 360, read, ride my bike, and cook.

Favorite Food?  Kris’ homemade spaghetti sauce with sausage roll.

What was your first job?  I worked at a car dealership, beginning with cleaning the showroom, to oil changes, to delivering cars, and finally working in the office.

What’s on your iPod right now?  New Life Church (Ross Parsley), Israel Houghton, and Lincoln Brewster.

Favorite sports team?  I’m a long-time Packers fan, but a little more indifferent since Brett left.  I also am a Michigan Wolverines supporter.  

What book would you recommend?  For enjoyment, the “Black, Red, White” series from Ted Dekker is good.  For something that will challenge your theology, “Sex God.”  And anything by Don Miller.
